Tyshler FootDisco can be used by individual fencers or by groups for warm-up, footwork training, special fitness training.
The composition of the FootDisco training exercises are based on the Tyshler Footwork Training DVD, and is suitable for beginners and top class fencers.
The 10 min workout starts from en guarde position and steps, followed by two and three stage attack combinations, and combinations of maneuvering most commonly used by fencers during bouts.
Specially selected by Dr David and Dr Gennady Tyshler.
